Here's The Clue:
An unusual, large meat eater, its most distinguishing characteristics were its long crocodile-like snout with many teeth and enormous talons over 12 inches long on each hand. Discovered in England, by an amateur collector, its long snoot suggests that it was a fish eater and its hand claws may have been used to spear fish, much as a grizzly bear swipes its salmon with its front paws.
